David is an entrepreneur, manager and corporate officer with experience in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He recently retired as the Chairman of the Board of Hologic (NASDAQ:HOLX) a company with which he was involved for 14 years, seeing it grow to a $12 Billion market cap. He has had general management experience in both public and private companies. During his career, Mr. LaVance has raised venture capital for several startup businesses and has led the acquisition or sale of numerous medical or high-tech companies.
Tim is a NYS EMT-B and President of a high volume volunteer ambulance agency. He has over 8 years Healthcare/HIPAA/EMR development experience serving a variety of roles within the emergency medicine field including EMT, volunteer firefighter, ED staff and Trauma Data Coordinator. Tim has an extensive working knowledge and experience within Health Information Exchange and Health IT policy including both state and federal programs.

Thom is a serial entrepreneur with over a dozen successful product and company launches in the fields of Uber-like services, healthcare, consumer goods, entertainment and business solutions. He is an expert in the field of user experience design, software development and marketing. He has served in the US Navy and in senior executive capacities combining innovation, marketing, engineering leadership and program delivery. Thom has 6 patents covering user interface design, television advertising, enterprise architecture and security.

Dee has 35 years of healthcare experience with 24 in health information technology, strategy and operations and recently retired from Emory Healthcare where she served as CIO for the last 16 years. She has served in a key leadership role for the strategic plan, technology implementation and sustainment of the state wide Health Information Exchange (HIE) for Georgia, as chair of the Technology Committee and as member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Health Information Network (GaHIN). Additionally, she is the President of the Georgia Chapter of Health Information management Systems Society (HIMSS).
